	Returns

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Information:

All returns must have prior authorization. Please call for RMA# 1-877-583-PART

All Electrical parts are non returnable. Including but not limited to switches, circuit boards and motors.

Terms and Conditions:

All returns on stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is nonrefundable; return freight is the responsibility of our customers. Exceptions apply in the event purchases are defective and/or an error in shipping, packaging, etc occurs by fault of toolsandmachinery.com or our vendors. All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be returned in like-new condition, and in original boxes or packaging. Upon receipt of returned merchandise toolsandmachinery.com will, after inspection and if applicable, issue a credit for purchase price minus the cost of shipping and handling, and applicable restocking fees. If returns are deemed to have been destroyed or otherwise abused beyond resale by purchaser, no refund will be issued.

Defective or damaged items: If you receive a product that is damaged in shipment or is defective, toolsandmachinery.com will replace your purchase free of charge. Please contact M&M Tool for replacement.

Special orders: Special orders are parts and products that don't exist in our regular inventory. A restocking fee of 15% (of total product value) - $25, depending on manufacturer, will be applied to all returns of special order items. Please call for more information on returning special order merchandise.

In all cases, all returns, parts and/or tools, will be checked by certified technicians before any refund or credit is issued. Should it be decided that parts or tools have been used, abused, or are otherwise unsaleable, no refund will be given. Customer is responsible for return freight.

Certain manufacturers allow returns under their own "Satisfaction Guarantee." M&M Tool honors the terms of these return policies excluding shipping costs.

Toolsandmachinery.com reserves the exclusive and sole right to decline any returns at our own discretion!
